XP12 | ToLiss A321 Neo Emergency on VATSIM | Engine 1 Failure During Final Approach to Gatwick
Whilst flying callsign EZY78XF in an Airbus A321 Neo, on the VATSIM network to Gatwick's runway 26L, we suffered an engine 1 failure whilst being given vectors to final by ATC. A Mayday call was made and we made it safely to the ground.
This was an unexpected, unplanned failure during the last critical phase of flight which caught me off guard.
